Randomness

The weather here is cloudy and seems like going to rain.. there's no sun over here. i dont know why but i guess the weather determine my mood. HAHA.. Went jogging this morning alone around my area. Then i heard dog barking at me. So, i slowed down and start walking. They said that if u keep running when the dog near u, it will chase u.. Dont know whether it's true or not, but i choose to believe it. Kinda scared of dogs. Later on, i registered for my 3rd sem subject. And this is my new time table. Kinda disappointed because most of subject is tll 6 pm, and that's the time for me to watch my tv dramas. Maybe i should give up on following those dramas.. HAHZ..

well, i read RD last night and here is what i've realized.
exercise alone will not ensure weight loss
Slim is not another word for healthy
skinny or substantial u still can be fit
exercise is getting healthy from the inside out

My goal for this holiday is :-
1) Jog at least an hour a day
2) drink as much water as i can
3) beware of what i eat..

i guess that all for now..
